Orchard Incorporators

An orchard incorporator is essentially a heavy duty rototiller with a roller on the back.  This system effectively chews up organic matter, mixes it with the soil, and the adjustable roller smooths and packs the tilled soil.  This implement tills 2 to 3 inches deep to bury wood chips, mulch in weeds, or smooth out tire ruts.  By keeping the wood chips in the orchard floor, it serves as a source of organic matter and nutrients in the soil.  This is a great way to manage your orchard or vineyard floor, dealing with accumulated organic matter and at the same time leveling the surface which will be much nicer come harvest time.

The Gearmore Orchard Incorporator is CAT II 3-point mounted with a 4 speed gearbox. It is equipped with 6 tungsten coated tines mounted on each flange. The rear roller is 16 inches in diameter with ¼ inch steel wall, and turnbuckles to adjust the height for exact compaction.
