A flail mower is an excellent choice for mowing your field or orchard. Compared to a rotary cutter, a flail mower will leave a nicer finish and will cut the debris into finer pieces. A rotary mower may cut a bit faster, but the flail mower is very versatile and gives a more thorough cut, also allowing you to cut very close to the ground if desired.
